Badenerstrasse

Badenerstrasse goes from the entrance of Zürich in Schlieren to Sihlbrücke. It is named after the fact that it was the main road from Zürich to Baden.

The plate translates as "Built by the surgeon Conrad Studer in 1927 as a clacissist building, together with the stable ban at Feldblumenstrasse 5. The country doctor also ran a wine bar in his prestigious house. The mansard roof of the barn is a rare roof form for agricultural buildings and emphasizes the stately character of the ensemble. Last evidence of the Ober-Altstetten village center on the old traffic axis to Baden. Under historical protection since 2010."
